Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in process development area is preferable.

• University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Physics, Packaging Engineering/Technology or other relevant science with GPA > 3.00
• 1 – 2 years experience in packaging development field or in packaging manufacturer.

Asst Mgr Procurement Perfect Engineering Store (Job Number: 13000HCH)

Description :

• To be responsible for full implementation of the Perfect Engineering Store (PES) project for sourcing and ordering of MRO services, spare parts and operating supplies from both local and overseas suppliers for Unilever factories to schedule.
• Integrating global MRO procurement strategies with business and category demands, ensuring timely inputs to global/regional PES roll out and OTIF execution in the cluster.
• Responsible for deployment of the global procurement model with IBM on Ariba Buyer and the service from the PES 3rd party service provider for Sourcing Unit/business unit
• Act as first point of contact for the business for issues/questions relating to the project implementation, and be held accountable for the project within the cluster/country in scope.
• Overall responsibility for value delivery to SU’s on the project deliverables/visions
• Strategic management of Internal Stakeholder/Customer and Supplier relationships. Efficient, timely and transparent communication to internal customers and suppliers.
• Work with users in the Country cluster to analyse and collate information regarding current requirements and future needs.
• Organise and coordinate project review meetings, at intervals as required.
• Overall responsibility for administration of the project within country. Accountable for Reporting, Value delivery,
• Work within defined Procurement procedures (Ways of Working) and adhere to the Code of Business Principles at all times
• Work in an effective, cohesive team environment (Ability to understand all areas of Procurement)
• Supplier Relationship Management
